For this test, you’ll need the two Percentages that you want to compare and their corresponding Sample Bases. The Sample Sizes must be 100 or greater, and Percentages must be between 10% and 90%. Samples are assumed to be uncorrelated. Significance is based on a two-sided test.

First, select the Confidence Level. Then input Sample 1 Percentage and Base, followed by Sample 2 Percentage and Base. Click on “Solve” and the result will tell you if the difference is significant at the confidence level you’ve selected.
